Research Beagles on WORT

Writer Noah Phillips talks with WORT's Dylan Brogan about his cover story on a beagle breeding farms in Wisconsin. Beagles bred at two Dane County facilities go to labs around the country for use in animal research.

Noah Phillips reports on Mount Horeb's Ridglan Farms, which is part of the largely hidden local economy of research animal breeders. He spoke to WORT-FM producer Dylan Brogan about the story on last Thursday’s In Our Backyard, the station’s evening news program.
